Ten pounds of costume jewelry and a black corset from the dusty depths of my closet makes for a happy New Year.
As an added bonus, I get the feeling it could double for a bullet proof vest, in case your debaucheries take you to less savory parts of town.

It's gorgeous.... well done! Hope you got to wear it! (well at least try it on for the effect!)
ReplyDeleteSo lovely! I think we need to weigh this baby! We should take bets before hand.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the way the colors in the right corner of the lower left image and the lower left corner of the lower right image are working together.
It's absolutely fabulous and I have to know: did you wear it last night? And if so, any accidental pinches?
ReplyDeleteSeriously, it's worthy of the Costume Institute at the Met! Happy New Year Robin
...your corset is completely wicked & sublime. Hope you had a wonderful time! Collecting costume jewelry has become a sick addiction - you can NEVER have enough!

Stunning-did you wear it? Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteSo fabulous! It makes me want to go vintage shopping for tons of brooches now and try this on a white tee for spring.
ReplyDeleteLove the green pin! I used to collect those clips that went on shoes. I wonder where they all are?!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
I think you should turn this puppy into a lampshade. It probably has enough gravitas to be an end table!
ReplyDeleteSimply. Breathtaking. You're a genius...really.
ReplyDeleteI love the way the pins travel down the corset. Great idea AND execution. You never can have enough bling on New Year's Eve!
